The Role

As a Manufacturing Data Analytics Leader, you will drive data and analytics strategy, business development, and delivery across manufacturing clients in the UK. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translate business challenges into analytics solutions, and lead transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities:

• Acting as a strategic advisor to client stakeholders and technical teams on data and analytics initiatives.
• Driving business development by identifying and pursuing opportunities to deliver analytics solutions.
• Engaging with senior stakeholders to define data strategies, roadmaps, and transformation initiatives.
• Leading workshops to identify analytics use cases and develop business cases.
• Building and presenting compelling proposals, presentations, and solution approaches to senior audiences.
• Leading or contributing to presales activities, including RFI and RFP responses.
• Delivering data and analytics assessments, strategy engagements, and roadmap development.
• Analysing business processes and systems to identify data-driven improvement opportunities.
• Designing analytics solutions aligned with business objectives and technology landscapes.
• Collaborating across delivery teams to ensure effective execution of data initiatives.

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

Proven experience in a leadership role within data analytics.

Extensive experience with cloud data platforms (eg, AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks) and Lakehouse architecture.

Demonstrated ability to connect with customer business stakeholders to articulate business problem and approach for data analytics solutions

Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior-level audiences.

Experience in the manufacturing industry.

1. Able to work with various levels of business organization to coordinate between stakeholders on Pre-sales activities
2. Analyzing, understanding and documenting the business processes in detail where required to guide use case development
3. Experience in manufacturing Industry; Provide functional expertise to projects
4. Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.
5. Strong ability to plan and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:

Experience delivering large-scale data transformation programmes.

Exposure to advanced analytics, AI, or machine learning use cases in manufacturing.

Experience working within consulting or client-facing roles.
