£35,000 to £40,000 + OTE £65,000

We are recruiting for a well-established, highly successful and growing business within the Vending industry. They are looking for a Business Development Manager to join the business to focus on New Business and Key Account Management.

Role:

• Proactive development of new business using self-generated leads and incoming leads
• Working efficiently to develop long-term strategic alliances that deliver bottom line profit
• Play a key part in introducing a new line of vending machines.
• Development, maintenance and growth of a robust sales pipeline
• Effective management of large-scale contract negotiations and closing new business with potential customers
• Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed sales goals

Skills:

• Highly experienced in business development gained within a field-based service led sales role
• Successful track record of account retention and growth
• Used to large scale contract negotiations as well as closing smaller deals
• Proficient in consultative, solution-oriented sales techniques
• Exceptional territory management and planning skills
