Urgent Contract Technical Product Lead (must be Security Cleared!)
Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities
· Oversee the evolution of the data platform, encompassing data pipelines, storage, and processing.
· Establish and nurture robust relationships with stakeholders to guarantee a positive user experience and to identify any potential opportunities for additional services or products.
· Play a key role in the formulation and execution of the data management strategy for the platform and ensure that the platform aligns with the Bank’s goals and objectives.
· Guide the technical trajectory and blueprint of the platform in partnership with the engineering teams, including the adoption of novel technologies and solutions.
· Guarantee the attainment of data accuracy, efficiency, and performance objectives.
· Preserve data-centric technical documentation, processes, and architecture.
· Work in tandem with cross-functional teams to provide value to the bank and fulfil business requirements.
· Uphold the security and compliance of the platform in accordance with pertinent regulations.
· Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends and propose enhancements.
· Mentor and guide team members to foster the growth of the platform.
· Incorporate feedback from relevant teams including data analytics, product, and business in platform design.
· Steer project delivery within budget and timeline while juggling multiple priorities.
· Articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
· Undertake business analysis to comprehend the industry and competition.
· Cultivate positive team collaboration and alliance.
· Continually assess and refine the platform to remain at the forefront of technology.
· Ensure a smooth communication channel between business stakeholders and the data team and serve as a liaison between technical and business-oriented groups.
Knowledge & Experience
· Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in fields related to Computer Science or Engineering.
· Proven track record in the development and management of an Azure cloud-based data & analytics platform.
· Comprehensive experience in the complete data pipeline development process, encompassing data warehousing, data analytics, and ETL processes.
· Profound understanding of best practices in data governance, privacy, and quality.
· Exceptional skills in communication, leadership, and team management.
· Capability to handle multiple tasks, meet stringent deadlines, and deliver top-notch solutions.
· Solid grasp of contemporary data architecture concepts and experience in data modelling.
· Familiarity with the costs associated with data management, including CI/CD driven processes.
· Prior experience in Agile methodologies and project management.
· Ability to comprehend the effects of business rule modifications on data.
· Robust problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities.
· Self-motivated with a commitment to continual enhancement of data platforms and processes.
· Previous experience in the Banking and Financial Services sector is advantageous.
