The job is primarily expected to be working within the CRM product team, and this is where the budget has come from. This is MS Dynamics 365.

Testing our new CRM system ‘Dynamics 365’.Performing all system testing for new functionality and regression testing of prior functionality.

Using agile methodology (2 week sprint cycle) to deploy new features as part of a dedicated IT and business team.

Good customer service skills.This role involves regular interaction with other team members.Working very closely with developers,BAs and business users.

Work on other projects as required by the test lead dependent on workload within the CRM project.Due to the nature of agile delivery, workloads will vary from one sprint to the next.

This is a manual testing job.No automation is involved.

Supporting end users to do their UAT.

Using ADO to manage testing and project activities – e.g. writing and running test scripts, recording bugs, commenting and updating work items, linking work items to each other where necessary.

Regression testing of existing functionality

The role will be predominantly remote however there may be the odd need to go to their Chelmsford site and on a rare occasion the Cambridge site.
