Our Company:

The Business is a multi-disciplined, civil engineering and utility contractor operating nationally, providing a range of utility and civil engineering services including multi-utilities.

The Role:

The software developer is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining our main database application (Synergy) using Microsoft Access and SQL Server, ensuring data accuracy, security and performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Database Development

· SQL Server Management

· Data Integration

· Application Maintenance

· Collaboration

· Testing and Debugging

· Documentation

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience developing applications in MS Access
• Experience working with MS SQL server and relational databases.
• Experience working with complex business systems to understand the process and flows.
• Data modelling and diagramming experience (advantageous)
• Azure environment knowledge on databases and blob storage.
• Strong VBA experience
