Data Analyst (HR)

We're supporting a key organisation on a contract opportunity for a Data Analyst with experience in HR/People data.

This role will suit someone who enjoys working with data in a structured environment, translating insights into clear, meaningful outputs for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret HR data to support business decisions
• Produce reports, dashboards, and visual outputs (MI, graphs, trends)
• Support data quality, audit processes, and continuous improvement
• Work with HR systems to extract and manage data
• Present insights clearly to internal stakeholders (non-technical audience)
• Contribute to process improvements and system enhancement.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience working in an HR or HR Operations environment
• Exposure to HR systems (eg Workday, SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors, iTrent or similar)
• Strong analytical skills with confidence working with data and metrics
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion
• Strong communication skills - able to present data clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience producing MI, reports, and data visualisations
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skill
  
  Desirable
• Experience with Power BI or dashboard creation
• Background in a regulated or secure environment
• Understanding of HR processes, policies, and data structures
