Job Details:

Minimum qualifications

2 years of experience with ServiceNow implementation and/or administration of similar cloud platforms and ServiceNow. Bachelor's degree or higher education in computer science, technology or other relevant fields.

Good knowledge of the ITIL framework and/or experience with the implementation of ITSM processes

ServiceNow Consulting & Development or architecture skills on the ServiceNow platform and its product lines including but not limited to any of the following: CMP, ITSM, ITOM, Discovery, ITAM,

ServiceNow Business Consultant with a technical background as developer for Cloud Management

Desired qualifications

• Good knowledge of JavaScript, AngularJS, Bootstrap or other technologies used in ServiceNow
• Experience with integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems.
• Agile or scrum methodology; GenAI
• Any ServiceNow certification
• ITIL knowledge and/or certification
• A systems engineering or developer background with the ability to learn quickly and share your knowledge with the broader team
• Good stakeholder management skills and able to translate requirements into stories if needed.
• Good communication skills, English skills – written and spoken
• Good collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
• Curious and likes to acquire new knowledge.
• Independent worker and driven to get things done.
