Team Manager

As an operations merchandising manager, you will be pivotal in managing our extensive product range and operations. This role requires strategic oversight and a hands-on approach. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of the field merchandising team.

Key Responsibilities

· Own and drive the merchandising strategies that align with business goals, for product categories and marketplace, across all channels

· Lead, mentor, and manage the Merchandising team, overseeing the entire function across all channels including, providing ongoing feedback, and facilitating professional development

· Provide detailed analysis delivering valuable insights to the Management team to support strategic decision-making

· Produce department management reports, review sales performance and provide trade-based recommendations and actions

· Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment to prevent overstocking or stock outs

· Proactively identify and implement industry best practices in merchandising, stock management, and Open to Buy (OTB) strategies
