£28,000 to £32,000
OTE £45,000 (Uncapped)
Altrincham, Office Based
Monday to Friday - Between 8am and 8pm. Ability to chose own 8 hour shift

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our clients brand new sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, demonstrating the benefits of the app to the client and then closing the sale.

Duties

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings effectively. . .
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Work both individually and as a team
• Working towards targets and KPI's

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development or sales roles
• 360 sales experience
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
