Customer Support - Ethernet Faults
Hybrid after training, 2 days WFH

Salary: £24,380 + Annual bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 4.30pm or 9.30am to 6pm + Occasional Saturday's and on-call required.
Location: Manchester - M40.

We are recruiting for an international communications company who specialise in connecting businesses with their customers. Our client works with some of the biggest household names and are looking to expand their current Ethernet Faults team.

Role:

• Service Desk duties requiring great communication skills with not only customers but the team, external teams and suppliers.
• Liaising with Channel partners via phone, email and a ticketing system.
• Handling a variety of faults including no service, slow speeds, connections issues, packet loss and latency issues.
• Running a variety of diagnostic tests ranging from router configurations to running supplier network diagnostics.
