Marketing Manager

Experience working in a science, pharmacy or health related marketing environment

Up to £60k DoE

3 days on-site

• Be part of a team of expert marketers supporting the implementation of our marketing strategy with a focus on key customer groups – including patients, clinicians, pharmaceutical and US biotechs
• Plan and implement integrated multi-channel marketing activities and campaigns in order to drive key brand metrics – including social media, PR, media, digital and internal communications
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment across the business
• Lead and gain approval for brand marketing activity through the internal review processes and ensure compliance with brand guidelines, regulatory affairs and legal
• Utilise in-depth marketing research and customer insights to execute effective marketing campaigns
• Collaborate closely with the CRM manager to develop customer journeys, target segmentation, marketing analytics and audience profiles
• Build and maintain productive relationships with colleagues, customers, Key Opinion Leaders and professional body leadership
• Design and support external events

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related subject
• Experience working in a science, pharmacy or health related marketing environment
• Outstanding presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) D365 marketing App (an advantage)
• Experience with Hubspot an advantage
• Copywriting experience
• Team player able to work collaboratively with a matrix organisation
• Must exhibit leadership skills, ability to perform in fast paced environments and ability to influence
• Self-starter who functions well independently or within a team
• Strong oral and written communication skills required
