Marketing and Digital Content Executive 

Starting salary £30,000 

Company Vehicle - Driving licence required 

This role with give you the opportunity to work with fitness influencers and Athletes to create exciting content for all social platforms. You will attend fitness events, shows and popups.

To support the marketing team with delivering business goals on the Brand with specific emphasis on social media, athlete management, content creation and event management. However the roll will include broader areas of the marketing mix.

Principle Responsibilities

• Support Head of Marketing and other department members on campaign delivery
• Support and help execute a full marketing mix strategy to drive the brand across all platforms (with specific emphasis on trade marketing and retail support);

- Social Media strategy
- Athlete management
- Content creation
- Event management

- Sponsorships

• Prepare physical and organisational elements to deliver successful events in line with marketing/events calendar
• Contribute to budget tracking and management
• On site event support
• Provide input to NPD process

Additional Responsibilities

• Support Head of Marketing with any other projects to delivery brand development

Team KPIs/Measures

KPIs/Objectives will be monitored and reviewed by Management on a regular basis, with the possibility of targets and measures being adapted to suit business needs. Senior Management will ensure these amendments are communicated to employees who are affected.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Higher Education Qualification Social Media Marketing (Desirable)

Skills and Experience

• Sports Nutrition industry and product savvy
• Strong social skills and comfortable building partnerships
• Understanding of general gym culture and some of the sporting disciplines we support
• Savvy with all social media platforms
• Strong understanding of apps used to create trending content
• Audience & Brand aware
• Time management/project planning
• Adaptive to feedback/working in a team-based environment
