We are looking for a Customer Solutions Advisor to join a leading business based in the heart of Stoke on Trent. This role is a full time and permanent role- you will be enhancing your skills and career within financial services. You will be taking inbound calls, and making outbound calls, to customers with an outstanding debt to see how you can help.

Shift Pattern
Two Week Rota:
Monday to Friday: 8am - 4.30pm
Monday to Friday: 10.30am - 7.00pm
Every 4 weeks you will work a Saturday 8am-12.30pm
Salary:£23,000 -Increasing to £23,500 after 6 months. (Plus bonus)
Job Role:

Using the system to update correct information
Looking into affordability and setting up payment plans
Taking payments
Providing excellent customer service
