Call Centre Agent- Full Time- Permanent

Salary: £23,000 (increasing) + Bonus

Company: Based in Stoke
Hours: Shift Pattern – Rotational Shift

Week 1:
Monday: 8:00am to 17:30pm
Tuesday to Friday: 8:00am to 16:30pm

Week 2:
Monday: 10:30am to 20:00pm
Tuesday to Friday: 11:30am to 20:00pm

We are looking for exceptional and motivated personalities to join a specialist team.

Through both inbound and outbound calls you will provide professional support. Providing debt guidance to our customers always ensuring you find the best and fair solution for them. Including helping customers to pay off their debts, to resolving complex enquiries.

Your customer service skills, confidence in being able to problem solve and personal resilience will be essential in maintaining our expectations of exceptional levels of service. Your active listening skills and negotiation techniques will ensure that the right outcome is achieved for both our customer and for our clients every time.
