Monday to Friday + 1 in 4 Saturdays from 8am to 12.30pm 
Stoke-on-Trent (ST4)
£25,225 + Bonus - £2400

We are recruiting for a Call Centre based in Stoke, they are one of the leaders within their industry. Within the role you will receive full training through the specialised training programme, followed on by the continued support or the management team.

Role:

• Handling calls with customers building rapport quickly and providing a great service.
• Helping customers find the best option for them.
• Understanding customers individual situations.
• Objection handling.
• Working on internal systems and updating the system accurately.
• Working towards KPI's
• Problem solving, negotiating and helping find the best outcome for customers.
