We are recruiting for a leading client based in the heart of Stoke, they are looking to expand their experienced debt collection team.

Role:

• Navigating several systems while on the phone to customers
• Collecting debt, taking payments, setting up plans
• Speaking with customers via phone calls, building up rapport quickly
• Problem solving, always aiming to find the best solution for customers
• Being empathetic to customers situations
• Advising customers on the best options for them
• Dealing with objections
